Itinerary for the 2025 Vegan Wellness Retreat 

Experience a holistic approach to wellness at Vegan Wellness Retreat. Our schedule is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, offering a transformative journey towards optimal health and well-being.

Sunday 8/10/25
 

3pm-5pm Check in for guests. At check in guests will have access to a radiation free In Body Scan, Meet and Greet with Speakers, Ability to Shop merch, Vendor products, and enjoy appetizers. 

4pm-5:30pm Guest check into rooms, set up tents and relax before dinner.

6pm-7:30pm Dinner (Dinner (Lasagna, "Spaghetti" with meatballs, salad, tropical fruit)

Dessert- Blueberry Tarts

8pm-9pm Welcome ceremony in the Great Hall

9:15-10:15 pm Talk in Great Hall- Cooked Food Toxins, SOS, and Cancer & Diabetes Knowledge by Dr. Douglas Graham or Nervous system reset workshop with Bradley or Breath-work with Jules or Wind down yoga with Sible

Beach Bonfire 9:30-11pm

10 pm Start of quiet time on property please be considerate.  

Tuesday 8/12/25

7am-7:45 am yoga with Stacey 

8:00am-8:45am workout with Dr. Douglas Graham

8:30am-10am Breakfast

10:30-11:30am 1 on 1 Interview with Matt and Dr. Douglas Graham in the Great Hall or  Essential oils workshop with Erica or Partner yoga with Boo and Jerrell

12-1:30 pm Lunch

2-3pm Homeschool workshop with Karen Ranzi and Ellen Livingston or Workshop with Dr. Graham and Addis on Gaining Muscle on a Fruit and Vegetable Based Diet or Talk by Dr. Fred Bisci

3:30-4:30 pm Talk by Nate and Lissa Maris on  Our Journey to Raw and Helpful Tips to be Successful or a  Sobriety workshop with Jeni or a food tasting with Daniel and Kevin 

5-5:45pm Talk by Dr. Karin Dina on the importance of B12/ Sound bowl meditation with bradley/ vacuum blender workshop with John Kohler

6-7:30pm Dinner (Gourmet Pizza, Salad, and tropical fruit)

Dessert-Carrots Cake

8-9pm Workshop with Jules on making nut milk and juice with the Nama j2 and M1 or a Forest meditation with Ellen Livingston  or Singles speed dating (singles night 8-10pm)

9:30-11pm Bonfire or movie night in great hall

10 pm Start of quiet time on property please be considerate.

10:30-11:30 am Talk by Dr. Josh Helman on Acrylamide and Alzheimer's Prevention or a Art workshop with Boo and Jerell or a workshop on Facial fitness with Inna  

12-1:30 pm Lunch

2pm-3pm Talk by Karen Ranzi on Raising healthy raw children or a Sound bowl meditation with Bradley or a Fruitarian athletes workshop with Ultramarathon runner Grant Campbell, Andrew Snow and  Dmitry 

3:30-4:30pm Talk by Jeannette (aka Ms Fit Vegan) on Food Addiction & Social Aspects of Eating Healthy or  Spinal flow workshop with Dr. Natalie and Lee Horine or  5 star salad workshop with Matt Bennett.

5pm-5:45pm Talk By Mike and Denise Young on Health optimization or  Food demo with Daniel or a Workout with Dr. Graham

6-7:30pm Dinner (Loaded burgers, cauliflower wings, salad, tropical fruit)

Dessert- Brownies! 

8-9pm Talk  by Ellen or Grove class with Lexi or Deadlift Competition

(Men's and Women's Division with prizes)

9:30-11pm Bonfire or movie night

7am-7:45 am Sunrise Yoga with Stacey 

8:00am-8:45am Workout with Dr. Jeannette

8:30am-10am Breakfast

10:30-11:30am Art workshop with Boo and Jerell / Talk by Dr. Graham/Food tasting with Daniel and Kevin

12-1:30 pm Lunch

2-5:30 pm Spa time (15 min chair massages, 10 min spinal flow, 10 min foot massages, 10 min hand massages, non toxic vegan manicures, fruit facials and more) 

2pm-3pm Talk by Dr. Rick Dina or a workshop with Karen Ranzi on postmenopausal women's health or reiki with Fela Wolf

3:30-4:30pm Talk by Dr. Josh on The established link between Alzheimer's, cancer, processed foods & animal products or a Workshop on the effects of conventional skin and cleaning products by Erica and Stacey or a workshop with John Kohler on gardening

4:45pm-5:45pm Talk by Dr. Joel Kahn or a workshop with Dula Tom Whitmire or a food demo with Nate and Lissa Maris

6-7:30pm Dinner- Loaded tacos, salad, tropical fruit

8-9:30pm Talent show

6:30-8 am Pbs kids show, puzzles, playdough, coloring and snack

8:30 am Breakfast - smoothies, fruit and banana chips from the dehydrator 

9:15am story and music time

10am group activity 

10:45am craft 

12pm lunch- nicecream, nut butter with fruit

12:45 Beach time 

2pm Shower off in swim suits at the pool

2:30 pm snack time- Dates, fresh juice

3pm craft 

3:45 pm group activity

4:30 snack- homemade fruit popsicles outside and then  

outside free play ( balls, bubbles, water table , hula hoops ect) 

6pm Dinner- salad with dressing, fruit, and date rolls or date balls

7pm story and music time 

7:45pm group activity 

8:30 pm snack time- smoothies 

9pm-10:30pm Jammies on and Pbs kids show, puzzles, playdough, and coloring.
