Itinerary for the 2025 Vegan Wellness Retreat
Experience a holistic approach to wellness at Vegan Wellness Retreat. Our schedule is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, offering a transformative journey towards optimal health and well-being.
Sunday 8/10/25
3pm-5pm Check in for guests. At check in guests will have access to a radiation free In Body Scan, Meet and Greet with Speakers, Ability to Shop merch, Vendor products, and enjoy appetizers.
4pm-5:30pm Guest check into rooms, set up tents and relax before dinner.
6pm-7:30pm Dinner (Dinner (Lasagna, "Spaghetti" with meatballs, salad, tropical fruit)
Dessert- Blueberry Tarts
8pm-9pm Welcome ceremony in the Great Hall
9:15-10:15 pm Talk in Great Hall- Cooked Food Toxins, SOS, and Cancer & Diabetes Knowledge by Dr. Douglas Graham or Nervous system reset workshop with Bradley or Breath-work with Jules or Wind down yoga with Sible
